Again i do not know this plant. But if i am to pick out one between the two
suggested IDs i will take *Alcimandra cathcartii* -

cathcartii* H. f. & T.  (FBI, vol1. p42) has oblong-lanceolate, acuminate
leaves; distributed in Sikkim Himalaya.

*Magnolia stella* seems to be a shrub -
