this is

Dendrobium herbaceum Lindl., Edwards's Bot. Reg. 26(Misc.): 69 (1840).

Distribution restricted to India, Srilanka and Bangladesh, but its not
there in Himalayan region. So it may be called WIDE ENDEMIC.
One of the smallest of the Dendrobium flowers may be!! The
Chotanagpur, stem is found in two colours, shining black or golden
yellow, but both are same species.
