hallo, looks like Buddleja davidii to me. also called very properly butterfly bush.
In our old house we had one and it was full of butterflies in summer. In our present house we have planted one, it is very small though. Hope to see many more Tagpfauenauge (European Peacocks) and Admirals (Vanessa atalanta ) next year.
