Dear Nidhan ji, Badri ji and Radha ji
I think that Nidhan ji and Radha ji are right in saying that this may be
Lannea coramandelica. It surely cannot be Garuga pinnata as the leaves of
G.pinnata are toothed and the fruit is round while the tree in  the
photographs has ovoid fruits and leaves with smooth margins.
