This is Ipomoea campanulata, the flowers are withered and the leaves do not 
show in the pictures. There seems to be an error in quoting Stictocardia 
tiliifolia as a syn for this plant. Both are different genera in the same 
family. I have seen both plants and they have nothing in common. Regards,
