Garg ji, Mahadeswara ji, Pilea serpyllacea does seem to match with my plant. Common names are Artillery Plant, Gunpowder Plant. Thanks to Garg ji and you for follow up and id of this ornamemtal from Lalbagh. Regards, Aarti
