Dear all Further i went through the paper published in Rheedea on The genus Impatiens (Balsaminaceae) in the northern and parts of central Western Ghats by Jyosna R.N. Dessai and M.K. Janarthanam and it says
24. Spur present ...................................................... rosea and balsamina 24. Spur absent ................................. I. scabriuscula In my specimen spur is absent.
