Thanks for reply. 

But going thoroughly It may be the ' Chassalia curviflora' an undershrub, 
mostly found in western ghats. 
Quite confusing with Rauvolfia sp. But all the characters differs. 

So all of you, pl make your judgements and with your observations confirm the 
same.
