the waxy covering on fruit points towards the two species suggested by Vijaysankar ji. Salvadora fruit becomes black on ripening but dnt has waxy covering. Ampelocissus latifolia (wild grapes) can also thaught of, which is common during this time. another fruit i was thinking was of Carrisa congesta ie. Karvanada. but i hav observed it fruiting only during summer.
