Mr Garg--

 Looks pretty close to Pimenta dioica to me. However, here in Florida (USA), it 
is easily confused with the more common Calopyhyllum brasiliense. (Clusiaceae). 

 Flowers and/or fruits would be helpful, if available.

In a Spice Garden in Ponda area of Goa on 30/9/09.
Stated to be Allspice by the guide & its leaves on being crushed smelled like 
Garam Masala.
