Orchidaceae fortnight orchid family *Aerides crispa* Lindl. Dear friends and Pankaj, this post is in context of *Aerides maculosa* VS *Aerides crispa*. I am not fully comfortable with my ID of *A. crispa*. Earlier had labelled this sighting as *A. maculosa* owing to hint of fine dots on petals. You may validate the ID; and if the aspects seen are not sufficient, I would rather label it as just *Aerides* sp.along Tamhini Ghat on 13 JUN 09
