Spermacoce decandollei is a synonym of Spermacoce prostrata, according to Kew Checklist http://apps.kew.org/wcsp/qsearch.do;jsessionid=2268205BF1C3C8542EEED25D80614A25 This plant doesn't seem to agree with the pictures of Spermacoce prostrata here http://www.natureloveyou.sg/Spermacoce%20prostrata/Main.html Leaves are described as elliptic to narrowly elliptic or elliptic- lanceolate. http://www.hear.org/Pier/scientificnames/..%5Cspecies%5Cspermacoce_prostrata.htm The leaves in the picture should be described as elliptic to ovate- elliptic. It is possible that the leaves are very variable. If so, I would like to know. - Tabish
