Please help ID of this herb found in rocky river bed in N Karnataka in Oct. Stem angular about 50 cm tall, leaves opposite or whorled at nodes, 3-5 cm, narrowly obovate, acute. Flowers in globose heads (1 cm) at nodes. Regards
