Yes it is *Euphorbia hypericifolia* L. *Chamaesyce hypericifolia* (L.)
Millsp. is its synonym, if you treat *Euphorbia* sensu lato. If you prefer
to segregate *Chamaesyce* into a separate genus then *Chamaesyce
hypericifolia* should be the correct name.
