Hi All, I was told "Mulokiya (egyptian spinach)" is a edible form of jute. The leaves are supposed to contain tons of nutrients. Is all varieties of jute plants edible? Can you let me know how to differentiate the corchorus varieties which are edible in nature. One of these is growing wild in my garden and would like to confirm before eating.
