OK, Gurcharan ji. A very good solution indeed. A further thought, not sure whether of any use - any moderator, at the end of the month may send a post with following words in subject line: "<name of the month> uploads" ... to which members requested reply with their final number of uploads. That would reduce the burden and save lot of time that goes into compiling statistics. Similar method could be used for fortnights.
