Yes it looks more like *Flueggea leucopyrus*. I was referring to my earlier
pictures and made a wild guess. One important point mentioned here by
Shrikant ji : Male and female flowers look very different. Here I can
notice the ovary like structure rather than some stamens indicating a
female nature of the plant.
