Dear Sir,
Now National Biodiversty Authority of India needs to process/approve any
research colloboration involves bioresources. It has to permit/ approve.
Any international organization or individual is accessing the Indian
flora,he has to apply formally to NBA and needs to pay necessary fee ;
similarly any Indian individual or organization is having colloboration
with foreign research organization, they have to apply to NBA , pay
necessary fee and get approval. It is statutory.
If at all any change in this kindly correct.
Regards
Dr. Santhan
