Dear Sir, Now National Biodiversty Authority of India needs to process/approve any research colloboration involves bioresources. It has to permit/ approve. Any international organization or individual is accessing the Indian flora,he has to apply formally to NBA and needs to pay necessary fee ; similarly any Indian individual or organization is having colloboration with foreign research organization, they have to apply to NBA , pay necessary fee and get approval.
