It does look like L. chinensis but it is not possible from these pics to be 
100 percent sure that it is not L. deccanensis which has solitary 
umbellules. 
L. chinensis has umbellules on a peduncles.  On the whole L. chinensis has 
leaves which are less tomentose than L. deccanensis so I vote for that one.
