Just to add, Oberonias are not uncommon on trees adjacent to rivers in their respective areas. One of the most common to be found in such habitat in north to north eastern stretch of India is Oberonia ensiformis!! This species also corresponds with the huge size of this orchid in the pic. They bear orange flowers. I am not a professional taxonomist :( to confirm but this is not ensiformis.
