You can note that stamens are 8 and the filaments are flattened and almost fused together which leads to Rutaceae. Rubiaceae would have stamens as many as the corolla lobes and attached to the lobes. This is Atalantia racemosa or Makadlimbu in Marathi. The citrous smell of leaves could also have given the clue on ID.
