This is Arundina graminifolia (commonly called as Bamboo Orchid), only species of this genus found in India. Arundina was supposed to be a monotypic genera until recently when a new species of it was recorded from Vietnam in 2007 called, Arundina caespitosa. It is distributed in Southeast Asian region but its population is reported to be depleting. Regards Pankaj
