Dear friends,

Found this plant at Yeoor Hills, today (15 NOV 09) ... an erect, branched herb 
about 50 - 60 cm high.
Not sure whether the structures at the apices bear tiny flower(s).

The photo quality is very bad owing to poor skills (and blame it on poor light 
!!).

ID please.
