Thank you so much Pankaj ji for this information. Wow, so this waves noise we hear is infact of water only. Thanks for the experiment pictures too by the traditional healers. As for the season, I think we hear it even otherwise, because maybe the trunk is huge, and there is retention of water in off rains too !! But I will check again.

Our Healers claim that sound can be heard during rainy season not during dry spell like these days. They made cut in trunk and showed water oozing out.
