Garg ji,
According to Dr Shahina Ghazanfar of Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew this seems
to be a Lotus Species, could be Lotus halophilus.
I had gone last week to check for the flowers (it is supposed to have tiny
yellow flowers) but due to construction activity, could not locate the tiny
plant.
