Personally I think *E. pachganiensis *Blatt. and McCann is a distinct
species.
If Satish ji is right in his statement that "*E**uphorbia nana* flowers are
green and flowers are present with foliage" then how it could be synonym of
one of the endemic which typically known from the lateritic plateaus.
