Dear Satish,

flowers in the pics are quite clear - they are a single yellow colour 
unlike the 2 tones of G. arborea..
Leaves are small and habit is shrubby which is not at all like Gmelina 
arborea.
Often (but not always)  this plant is armed and you can see small spines in 
these pictures.
