As per Flora of Guatemala, the outer sepals of Antigonon guatimalense 
Meisn. should be broadly ovate and not cordate at the base. Further the 
leaf base should be abruptly decurrent at the base upon the petiole. The 
type specimen of A. guatimalense Meisn. can be seen here (
http://apps.kew.org/herbcat/getImage.do?imageBarcode=K000585039) for 
confirmation.

Hence to me the posted picture appears as Antigonon leptopus Hook. & Arn. 
only. Experts may comment.
