Looks more like Ochna integerrima.     O. integerrima differs by having
wider leaves with bristle-bearing margins rather than sharp teeth of
narrow-leaved O. serrulata.   Therefore, again please check the margins of
the leaves for confirmation as margins are  not  clearly seen   in the
photographs
