Sourav Ji informs that two *Oxyspora* are found in Bangladesh (as per "Encyclopedia of Flora and Fauna of Bangladesh, Volume 9") -
1. *Oxyspora cernua* 2. *Oxyspora vagans * Flora of British India, vol2, p526 also informs this and both looks similar to *paniculata*. Since leaf margin seems to be entire (against denticulate in remaining two species) in this plant it maybe *Oxyspora cernua* (Roxb.) Hook. f. & Thomson ex Triana.
