Sourav Ji informs that two *Oxyspora* are found in Bangladesh (as per
"Encyclopedia of Flora and Fauna of Bangladesh, Volume 9") -

   1. *Oxyspora cernua*
   2.
*Oxyspora vagans *

Flora of British India, vol2, p526 also informs this and both looks similar
to *paniculata*.

Since leaf margin seems to be entire (against denticulate in remaining two
species) in this plant it maybe *Oxyspora cernua* (Roxb.) Hook. f. &
Thomson ex Triana.

Regards
