Please check this link ( https://www.researchgate.net/publication/237835743_A_New_Record_and_Lectotypification_of_Persicaria_viscosa_%28Polygonaceae%29_in_Thailand ) which says the number of secondary nerves in leaf ranges from 19-23 (-25), margin is again entire.
I agree that in the first and second pics a mixture of two plants can be seen. But still the leaf characters of the plant in question are intriguing. Waiting to hear from other experts too.
