i doubt , it's Euphorbia species allright but yet to see the matching
will post pics of tuber and leves verry close photos may be will help.
look at the patched which are there on the lesves.only grows that much
no further.
i have been watching them from long time.
one species grown only two leaves and other one 5 at least.tuber grows
at least 1- 2ft per year.very milky(leaves  and tuber).
milk oozes when we cut the tuber or a leaf.
 i hope i will get +ve reply for this species which is under threat of
extinct.
