Thanks for the additional information. These trees were quite common inside the Corbett area, only they were not flowering, so the one with flowers looked different & got me confused. The ones seen commonly were identified by our guide as Lagerstroemia parviflora only, local names given were Dhawda, Dhawdi, Bakuli. Regards, Aarti
