Tabish ji
I tried ITIS database. It creates more confusion. It considers

Pseudocalymma alliaceum (Lam.) Sandwith, Mansoa alliacea (Lam.) A.H. Gentry
and

Cydista aequinoctialis (L.) Miers as all accepted names. There should be no
doubt about first two. They are clearly synonyms. As most websites consider
Mansoa alliacea and Cydista aequinoctialis as synonyms, I think your
conclusion on FlowersOfIndia is correct. Latter is correct name as it is
based on earliest basionym Bignonia aequinoctialis L., 1753, whereas Mansoa
alliacea is based on Bignonia alliacea Lam., 1785.
