Thank you all for probable Id but I think this is not the sp. belong to 
Fabaceae. Because I observed the following some characters of the species :
1. small herb, branches arise from the base of the stem.
2. Calyx 5, unequal, 2 large, 3 small.
3. Corolla 3, unequal, one petal bear branched appendages at its dorsal 
surface(interesting character).
4. staminal tube present.
5. fruit not legume.
So, please Help in ID of the sp.
