As per key in Bengal Plants this is *Tylophora asthmatica* (L. f.) Wight &
Arn. <http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl1.1/record/tro-2602676?ref=tpl1>

Features are : long sepals, peduncles shorter than leaves, pedicels long
...etc. These features are not found in all the posts of eFI page -
