The fruits tell you it is not *Terminalia arjuna*. Also fruits of
*Spondias* are
different in several respect.

Leaves imparipinnate = *Spondias*
Leaves paripinnate = *Sapindus*

Now, if this tree is wild or 'planted'/cultivated is not mentioned in the
thread. If it is wild it can only be *Sapindus trifoliatus* L.
