"Dear Garg ji,
Shrikant ji has sent the reply to me indicating that this is* Canscora
khandalensis*. Here is his response..

"The calyx seems to be keeled, so this may be C.khandalensis. This plant is
generally found in rock crevices and the corollas are much smaller than C.
diffusa. Good, you seem to have noted that this was not C. diffusa."
