NARVEL in a blog
<http://medicinalplantsmah.blogspot.in/2009/06/narvel-premna-mucronata.html>
=  *Premna mucronata* = P. mollissima
<http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl1.1/record/kew-165055> = *P. latifolia
<http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl1.1/record/kew-164993>*

I do not know if *Premna latifolia* can have leaves with dentate margin,
like the one in -
http://openi.nlm.nih.gov/detailedresult.php?img=3530269_ASL-31-58-g002&req=4
According to Flora Indica *Premna serratifolia* bark is smooth and dark
brown.

Thank you
