Gurcharan ji, As you point out, Campanula colorata (current name Campanula pallida) has pale flowers. We have it here: http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Pale%20Bellflower.html We have a flower, probably the same as posted by Nudrat ji, which we have identified as Campanula dimorphantha http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Purple%20Bellflower.html however, I have never been sure of this identification, and have not been able to verify it.
