Sorry, I got mixed up again! Reinwardtia trigyna IS a synonym of
Reinwardtia indica

This flower has been discussed at length at Indiantreepix.
I think this flower is the closely related species *Reinwardtia
cicanoba* (Syn: Reinwardtia tetragyna), which is supposed to have
bigger leaves and bigger flowers as compared to the Yellow Flax
(Reinwardtia indica). It is found in the Himalayas.

For me, a clear difference between the two is that Reinwardtia
cicanoba flowers have a longer tube than Reinwardtia indica flowers,
which is what makes them look like a morning glory. You can compare
