Thanks, Dinesh ji.
Taxonomy of Rubus is very confusing.
I could not find any refrence on net (in books (old or new) or in efloras
or in any good reliable source) for *Rubus* *indicus* Thunb.
This is really surprising.
As per JSTOR, Holotype of Rubus indicus Thunb.
<http://plants.jstor.org/specimen/k000737939> is stored under Rubus
lasiocarpus <http://plants.jstor.org/search?plantName=Rubus%20lasiocarpus>
Sm. <http://plants.jstor.org/search?personName=Sm.> = *Rubus niveus*
<http://www.ars-grin.gov/cgi-bin/npgs/html/taxon.pl?32396> Thunb*.*

Further there are three different *Rubus* *indicus* to confuse the matter
as per The Plant List
<http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl1.1/search?q=Rubus+indicus>.
