This seems to be *Philodendron bipinnatifidum* Schott ex Endl. <http://www.aroid.org/gallery/lucas/arch/Philodendron%20bipinnatifidum%20pc.html>, which have characteristic "eye drop" leaf scar <http://www.efloraofgandhinagar.in/herb/philodendron-bipinnatifidum>.
