I think Flora Nainitalensis (R K Gupta), Flora of Mussurie (Raizada & Saxena) together with Floroa Simlensis (Collet) and Flowers of Himalayas (Pollunin and Stanton should serve the purpose. They deal with gymnosperms as well as all angiosperms, trees included.
