This plant is planted along the main path at the AH soc garden ALipore
they introduced it to local gardeners as a curiosity, SUrajit You'll find
them  if you walk to your right after coming out of the main office.

 they look wonderful in the summer, nice curious plants with long tail
hanging.
now many gardens sport them but in winter they rather look sad but add
color and some height and texture to the rows by the wall.
