I think we can do like this: For uploads, we can declare "Topmost Contributors" out of whom we can select "Stars" and "Runner up Stars" as the case may be.. For number of mails, we can designate "Star Interactors" selecting one of them as "Most Interactive Person"... Hoping for some better terms..
