Alka: though not all avocado varieties have the usual dark green skin  with
some sort of granularity  on the surface,but this rusty streaked and  not
so green  skin makes me wonder too,  though cant absolutely deny your
diagnosis.

secondly if you could have moved the camera just a tad bit and taken some
other section you would have ended up with a "more" sampling of the fruits,
as is its the same fruit in both pics.

I also wish the back side of the leaves could be seen in clearer light.

It would also help if this were a demonstration garden or an orchard where
the grower could have helped you out.

so finally my question: do  you by any chance have more pictures or more
info?
