Without fruit is is almost impossible to differentiate it with *T. rhomboidea* Jacq. (vide Prain and Haines). There is a KEY, based on no. of stamens, in FoP <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=133837>, but a number of flowers should be examined to reach the correct ID. Some aspects can be considered to reach the ID -
1. *T. r.* is a undershrub whereas *T. p.* is herb that may attain 2ft . height 2. petals of *T. r.* are hairy along margins, specially at base 3. In *T. p* "Cymes antiphyllous, short peduncled, arranged racemosely due to abortion of upper leaves." ( FoP <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=250064386>) So, I think the ID is possible if the plant satisfy at least the no.1 above.
