Yes, I think so

It springs up in plants soil in the tubs in the balcony when we use soil
from the garden without sterilizing.   Right now I have about 6 of them
sprouting in my tulsi tub.  In the tub though they are much lighter colored
leaves than what what you have.  I used to pinch them off until i
discovered some papers indicating it may have some medicinal value  so  I
am letting them grow to full maturity in the tub and hope they dont take up
all the nutrition meant for the Tulsi.
