Yes Sir, this is for experts. Though flowers are smaller than what should be of *O. nutans* C. B. Clarke (about 16 mm as per FBI; 6.5 to 19 mm in FoC ), the stem <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=242334524> and leaves <http://apps.kew.org/herbcat/getImage.do?imageBarcode=K000031149> (margin undulate) seem to be closer to *O. nutans*. Stipules or bracts do not help much.
